Teams of 3
400 m Run
150 Box Jumps
75 Push Ups
75 Sit Ups
150 Sledge Hammer Swings
400 m Run
Rules: The run most be completed as a team, and all members must be back prior to starting exercises. Each exercise must be completed before moving on to the next. Only one team member can perform exercises at a given time. Break exercises up as needed, however each member must do at least some reps of each exercise.
